Hello Class

#It’s most interesting to me that sociology plays more of role in my day to day life then I previously realized.

The research and statistics were very impactful throughout the course. From the critical thinking, community culture to the caps in equality the statistical data gave me real insight to some of the challenges and strengths in our country. Seeing the trends and regional information like city-data.com was very detailed and informative during the course. In leadership you have to understand that individuals have many different beliefs and idea’s so it’s important that I identify what drives a team to be better and provide a strong work/life balance. Understanding more about what statistic I fit into also allows me to make more informed decisions as person.
