Students will present one research article selected from the references at the end of the chapters in the text-book (10th edition) and relate the findings to the topics in the text. You can also find a research article in nutrition journals such as the Journal of Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Journal of Nutrition, American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, etc. References are acceptable within the last 7 – 8 years. You can use Power Point for your presentation and make sure to talk about Justification for research, Methods, Results, and Discussion
