Combine the task and context analyses from Week Two with the learner analysis from Week Three to support your choice of generative or supplantive strategies for the training or instruction you are developing for the final project.

The “Principles for Determining Optimal Degree of Instructional Support” on Pages 145-146 of the Smith and Ragan (2005) text will guide your selection and justification. Also, Figure 7.2 (Page 143) includes relevant terms and concepts that might be useful in justifying your choices of generative or supplantive strategies.
