ESE 633 W5 Ccllaborative relationships Transition D1-1
Good approach to what can seem like an impossible situation. I appreciate your point about roles and communication…excellent.
Developing rapport and actually talking…this can be difficult especially in a time when we are so reliant on technology! — Also, understanding the expectations of these roles is important. For example who does what and how to co-plan, co-assess, and co-teach is important to the overall process of the successful (and productive) co-teaching relationship.
What are your ideas or suggestion in building rapport within this situation and also in a real life partnership?
Here is a good visual — What do you make of this in regard to your post?
