As mentioned in the module notes, many companies interchange best practices and methods of TQM, Six Sigma, and Lean to customize their own approach to quality management. Also, it is common for business people to mix and match terminology and tools when discussing the topics. In this discussion, you explore the differences in the three disciplines and use your innovative skills and creativity to figure out the best way to describe how they all fit together in the quality management realm.
