- To what extent is the current organizational culture consistent with the organization’s vision and corporate strategies? This question asks you to consider whether or not the company has the type of organizational culture best suited for accomplishing its vision and strategic goals. To complete this question, you need to analyze the organization’s mission, vision, and corporate strategies.
- If you were a member of the senior leadership team in this organization, how would you change the organizational culture so that it is better aligned with its vision and strategic goals? Your instructor will expect specific recommendations in response to this question.
