Dynamic Instructional Design (DID) Model

This week, you will further explore the Dynamic Instructional Design (DID) Model. You have two options for completing this assignment.

  • Option One: Create a non-linear PowerPoint in which you describe the five steps of the DID model. Include a final summary slide that describes the importance of designing and planning when teaching with technology.

You may find the tutorials at the website
Overview of Non-Linear PowerPoint Presentations helpful in completing this assignment.
Your PowerPoint should be seven to nine slides (excluding title and reference slides) and should utilize the Speaker’s Notes section to elaborate on each slide. The title and reference slides should be formatted to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center. Be sure to submit a Word document title page to the dropbox in addition to your PowerPoint presentation.

  • Option Two: Create a training document in which you describe the five steps of the DID model.  Include a final summary that describes the importance of designing and planning when teaching with technology.

Your training document should be two to three pages in length (excluding title and reference pages) and should utilize graphic elements to support your explanations. The title and reference pages should be formatted to APA style as outlined in the
Ashford Writing Center.
