Database Project
The Database Project will consist of a relational database of no fewer than six tables.
Accompanying the database will be at least 5 queries, 5 reports, and 5 forms.
Documentation for the project will include the Entity Relationship Diagram and a list of
normalized tables. Your project should be of sufficient complexity to demonstrate a
working knowledge of database design, query techniques, and professional reporting of
information. Your forms should be functional, user-friendly, and professional in
appearance.
