This week has you explore a few modules about teams and communications.  As you may have noticed, much of your studies targets a need to communicate with peers and employees!  Therefore, this week’s journal entry involves the following modules:

Your Goal.  Choose three of the above modules and review them.  For each module, journal the following into Evernote:

• The name of the module
• One or two paragraph summary of the module.
• One important detail from the module you want to remember and use for Week 5’s assignment.

After completing the above, create and journal two big ideas you wish to appear in your Week 5’s assignment.  (Make sure they appear in your notebook!)

This week’s goal is to produce a presentation proposing your recommendations (as a plan) to the team and its leader. You are expected to produce a two-page summary of the plan with an accompanying 8-10-minute narrated presentation using the concepts you have learned in the course.

Open all files, notes, and updated rich picture diagram you utilized Week 4’s assignment. You will be using them for this assignment.

Your goal: This week’s goal is to produce a two-page summary of the plan with an accompanying 8-10-minute narrated presentation using the concepts you have learned in the course.

Your presentation should:

• Provide a rich picture diagram motivated discussion of the team.
• Offer both recommendations and explain how they could improve teamwork.
• Offer ways to apply the recommendations to the team.
• Use the concepts learned while engaging the course.
• …and discuss how applying the recommendations may motivate team members, improve communications and productivity, decrease stress, and increase job satisfaction.

Remember to use graphics and images to engage your audience! The presentation should contain properly formatted APA citations and references. (Often, the last slide in the presentation contains the references.)

Week 5’s SubmissionUpload your presentation to YouTube or another social media sharing platform. Submit the URL of the presentation and the two-page plan summary to the submission portal.
